Graig Meyer, Founder, Beacon Media
Graig Meyer’s dedication to public service stems from his deep commitment to social justice and equity. With over a decade of experience in the North Carolina General Assembly, Graig has consistently fought for fair wages, quality healthcare, and strong public education. His background as a social worker and his years spent in North Carolina’s public schools shaped his understanding of the systemic challenges that many communities face. This firsthand knowledge drives his legislative priorities, including education reform, healthcare access, and environmental protection. As a leading advocate for cannabis legalization and criminal justice reform, Graig’s work is motivated by a desire to connect people with the resources they need and to ensure that every North Carolinian has the opportunity to thrive.
